Welcome to PokersBid.com (“Website”), operated by Central Florida Pokers, a non-profit organization supporting our little league baseball team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in our auctions, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return Policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

Items sold through PokersBid.com are auctioned “as-is” and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.
By placing a bid, you agree to accept the item in its current condition, including any known or unknown defects.

2. No Warranties or Guarantees

Central Florida Pokers makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the quality, functionality, or condition of auctioned items.
Descriptions, images, and other materials provided for auction items are for informational purposes only and may not fully reflect the item’s actual condition.

3. Inspection Before Bidding

It is the bidder’s responsibility to review all available information about an item before placing a bid.

4. Payment Obligations

All winning bids are binding, and payments must be completed within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion.
Failure to complete payment may result in the forfeiture of the item and suspension of bidding privileges on the Website.

5. Disputes and Item Issues

If you encounter issues with an item after the auction, you may contact us at [email protected]. While we will consider your concerns, we are under no obligation to provide a refund, replacement, or remedy.
Central Florida Pokers assumes no liability for disputes arising from the quality or condition of auctioned items.

6. Charitable Contributions

All proceeds from auctions benefit Central Florida Pokers, a non-profit organization. As such, payments for auction items are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from your use of the Website or participation in auctions will be resolved in Florida courts.
