Our 2/2 condo welcomes singles, couples, families, friends who LOVE the amazing oceanfront lifestyle for vacations.

Master bedroom has a wall of windows to enjoy the direct view of the ocean, and the guest room has a west view of the marsh and horizon. Updated kitchen is ready for your fully prepared meals and our private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in a great spot for happy hour.

King size bed is provided in the master bedroom and twin beds in our guest room. We also have a pack n play for your little one too! (Clean linens provided)

We have one of the only truly wide open DIRECT OCEANFRONT POOLS on the no-drive portion of the beach in New Smyrna. A raised, covered gazebo is also on our pool deck to escape the sun as desired, and charcoal grills are by the pool deck too and open for your use at any time!

Private tennis courts await your use, as well as shuffleboard at our complex. New onsite community washer and dryers with easy to use credit card machine attached. Need ice for your beach coolers? We have a commercial ice maker down near the laundry.
